With over 20 years of experience in growing tech companies and SaaS startups, Becky brings a rare blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution. Her career spans HR, Operations, and Customer Success leadership, with proven success supporting scaling companies.

Becky has built and led global Customer Success teams, cultivated strong relationships with Fortune 500 client leaders (including the top five in the financial and industrial sectors), and driven revenue growth and product adoption—even through complex organizational changes such as mergers and acquisitions.

She’s been a trusted thought partner to founders and CEOs, leading cross-functional initiatives and streamlining communication to improve collaboration and efficiency. A certified HR professional (PHR) and trained in Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), she brings the structure and insight to align people, strategy, and outcomes.

Together with her husband, Becky launched STARTUP SMART, where she leads a team of consulting experts offering services in core business functions, meeting startups where they are in their growth plan and partnering with them to succeed.
