Her career spans HR, Operations, and Customer Success leadership, with success supporting early-stage companies scale smartly and sustainably. She’s a certified HR professional (PHR) and trained in Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), equipping her with the tools to guide both people and strategy.

Together with her husband, Becky launched STARTUP SMART, where she leads a team of experts offering fractional leadership across core business functions—meeting startups where they are and helping them gain traction without the burden of full-time overhead.
